I think it's kind of a double rating. My friend's contribution makes up the bulk of the review. The product came in a box as shown in the photo. The packaging is a little wrinkled, but not critical. The massager/vibrator came with a USB cable for charging (the part that plugs into the wall was NOT included but I had one for my phone charger) and a small instruction manual/care booklet. The vibrator worked right out of the box but plugged into the outlet to charge. before use as directed in the package leaflet. The cord goes straight into the bottom of the massager. And the lights on the keys are flashing. The indicators are constantly lit until fully charged. 3 buttons here. Bottom button - off / on. Center button - vibration mode selection. And the top button - the choice of intensity. There are 20 different vibration patterns. We checked them out but settled on the classic on.lol. There are 10 intensity levels and I'm told this is the most intense setting. The power was very good. The massager is very light, feels very soft and is comfortable to hold. The message header is perfect. Not too difficult. Not too soft. The message header is also flexible. Compact size. Total length about 8 inches. The color ordered was correct. We chose black, but there are 3 other color options. A friend says it's not loud and noisy compared to how well it works. She said some of them are very loud. It's not like this. Says waterproof/splashproof. I wouldn't submerge it in water but I'm sure it will hold up in a shower. Her previous massager was wired, cost twice as much, and stopped working because of a short. Don't worry about that. Wireless is the way to go. Overall I am happy with my purchase and of course the girlfriend is completely SATISFIED. There's a lot of money here. Goodbye.
