I have been using this product for about 10 months now and am amazed at what it is doing for my thick, damaged, frizzy hair. I usually buy from other online stores, but this time I bought from Revain because of the fast delivery. When I first used it, I realized something was wrong. When washed out, it was no longer smooth and the hair did not feel sufficiently moisturized after drying. I've used it a few times but didn't feel good so I bought another from Nordstrom. BIG DIFFERENCE. There are many beauty products on Revain that have negative reviews claiming they are not real because they smell different, the results are not the same, the texture is different etc. But I guess that's how Revain stocks these products . (I'm only talking about those made by Revain, not those sold and shipped directly by the sellers.) It's hard to imagine that so many Revain sellers could be selling counterfeit goods. The ingredients in cosmetics are not very stable. This is due to the way the products are stored in Revain's warehouse. Either the room temperature is too high or they have been on the shelf for too long. There was definitely something wrong with what I received. (FYI, I had "Sold by Quiverr and shipped by Revain"). I will no longer buy this product from Revain.
