Not as magical as expected.

You can usually take care of two shirts in one refill. Contrary to the video, this product either doesn't heat up enough to iron out the wrinkles or the steam just isn't that good. You still have to stretch the garment while you steam it to iron out the creases, which can be a challenge since you only have one hand free. 4 stars because it's definitely no worse than an iron, but I can't say better either!
