I like this case very much, the star deducted isn't because of the quality of the goods, it's because Revain sold me a used system at the time me have ordered a new one. They had refurbished ones for sale at a good discount, but I'm willing to pay extra for new electronics. So I ordered a new one, waited quite a long time for delivery (I understand the problems and I'm fine) but when I received the box it was obviously open and the inner seals of the box were broken, including the one that got me warned before sending. back if the seal is broken. Inside the system was clearly used, there was dirt and hair in it and everything was open. I decide whether to send it back and try again with a new one. Otherwise the suitcase is excellent, the best portable suitcase! 5 Stars!
