The bag I received was a cheaper version than shown in the photos I think. I couldn't get the front of the bag to "flip" so that it doesn't stand up but always falls face down. Inside, the bag is quite roomy, but the opening of the bag is so narrow that it's very difficult to put anything inside. My biggest issue with this bag is how the strap attaches. If you buy this take a good look at how the straps attach because it seemed to me they knew they made a mistake and made a triple hole for a metal shackle which caused the shackle to fall out on the side of the bag, that was the first time i used the bag. I returned the bag and would not recommend it, particularly for the strap issue as there are a number of other buyers who have had the exact same complaints. Your strap came off just like mine and very soon after purchase.
