I've had this pillow for a few months now. I've used it every single night. I bought it because it had a hundred percent satisfaction guaranteed policy. About 2 and 1/2 weeks into me using it. I realized that every night I was super sweaty when I woke up. I tried to purchase any of their cover for it but could not find one. So I reached out to the manufacturer. They emailed me back and stated they would send me a new cover that you cannot purchase one for this shape. They stated they would email me when it is shipped. That has been almost 2 months ago and I have not heard anything. I cannot get a hold of them again. At this point I have replaced the body pillow with normal pillows. I'm really disappointed. I loved this however as a pregnant person and his entirely too hot to be using every night
