It provides all the functions required in running an organization, it has user friendly UI for easy navigation of users and allows one to perform various tasks with ease without facing difficulty while using this software. There are no issues which I can point out as such at present time. This is my personal opinion only, so don’t take it as fact. If you want an integrated solution from recruitment to payroll then go ahead but if you need just simple functionality than there are better options available like Workhorse or H&R Block etc. We have used this product for our Recruitment needs, this helped us keep track of resumes received, offers made, interviews conducted, training organized, employees hired/terminated in both internal and external recruitments.
