I am 72 years old and have very mild joint arthritis. I had a total knee replacement 4 years ago that went well for the first 2 years and then I had enough discomfort to prevent me from walking and hiking. Doc didn't see anything wrong. tried injections, tried PT but to no avail; decided that this is my new normal. PT said let's try Kenetic Tape. WOW, got up from the table with no complaints. Played around with marks and slight variations in placement. Now you can easily do it yourself with KT Pro. Have traveled all over England, many steps etc. I am willing to walk as I record. Change about every 5-7 days. Try letting my skin rest 24-36 hours in between, but I've never had any skin problems. For some reason, beige holds up better than blue or black. I do not know why. I also tried my lower back with some relief but only got stuck for about a day; maybe I don't understand correctly. I think it's good that there are instructional videos. Also shared my experience with some friends.
