I have been using a shower filter for many years. I know how important it is to remove chemicals like chlorine and fluoride from our water. It was very easy to install with minimal tools and I was very happy to see that they sent the plumbers a filter tape. Installation took less than five minutes. I was very satisfied and have only showered once so far. It was immediately clear how much this filter removes. I didn't smell chlorine. It was pretty obvious that the water had been softened. Soap and shampoo foam a lot more. The water seemed silky. The previous filter obviously needed replacing as I could smell chlorine and my scalp felt a slight burning sensation for a few days. I had dry and itchy skin. It disappeared after just one shower. I'm also very glad they sent a backup filter too. My old shower filter didn't work, of course, and the replacement filters cost $32. The benefits are significant.
