Screen works as expected (so far... immediately after installation, we'll see how it works in a few days), I gave it two stars, because I paid for what is in the picture, not broken and missing tools. The kit I received was missing a Phillips screwdriver, tweezers, instructions, and a suction cup that sucked, or rather, didn't suck at all. I understand that tools are cheap and rather disposable, but no one likes to be cheated, that's just not right. There are many other options. Therefore, if you choose the seller's offer, it should at least be complete. I also tried contacting the seller using the contact information on the business card that came with the package. I still haven't received an answer (insert frustrated eyebrows here). I didn't check the tools when I got the kit and didn't notice the missing screwdriver, so I opened up my daughter's phone to get stuck in place trying to get the Phillips screws out. I had to go to Best Buy to get an ifixit kit with the right tools. So the advice is before you start disassembling your device, check all the components in your kit to make sure you have everything and/or the right tools.
