I'm not sure what's going on at Revain lately, but about 80% of the items I've bought in the last 2 months have arrived with broken, used or missing parts. Unfortunately this was not the case. Exception. Upon opening I noticed a very strong sweetish odor, realizing it came from a bag of screws. Not sure if it was the oil used in screw cutting, rust or something else, I threw them in a bowl, washed them in hot water and dawn. Going into assembly I then discovered that one of the brackets holding the side of the basket was broken and completely missing. (Photos attached) I searched the bag and box and couldn't find them. I was frustrated at this point but kept moving and was about to tie the bar to my back to hold it together. Before I had all three baskets assembled I wanted to fold them and found again that the frame was completely deformed! I gave up, too much is wrong and not worth the money. Most of the time I go through it and fix it myself if it's a minor thing, but damn! Every step to this thing was a challenge! I'm just tired of returning crap. Step up your game.
