fits well. There is no burn of the inner surface of the thigh. I went to the beach every day for 4 days. Perfectly holds the shape of the body and keeps things in place. The only problem was that if the waves come in my stomach, they'll come out again if I don't hold them in place. I'm 5f 4 and 200 pounds. Have XL. I've lost weight so it's a soft belly not a hard one haha I hope that helps with the size. I folded the headband to the side and it stayed up so a size down would be great too. I keep them because I'm usually in the pool and don't have butt issues.
