I'm 6'1" and 195 pounds. I usually wear a big one, but sometimes X-big depending on the clothes. Milwaukee SOA in X-Large fits me perfectly, zip fly but if I wore something underneath it would be too small. So I also bought XX-Large! The quality of this vest has to be seen to be appreciated. The leather itself is soft and flexible, judging by the weight it's obviously thick There are buttons running the full length of the flap that closes the front zip, as well as buttons on each pocket, inside and out to hold a pop gun A skinny little .380 wouldn't print seriously enough for an X-Big in my situation, but it would be close.
