As an advisor, I like that it provides me with more opportunities than my current software allows (and also helps motivate clients). It's easy enough even if you are not tech savvy but there should be some way of making this easier or at least providing support from advisors who do understand technology better! We use it as part our client engagement process when we have meetings/calls which can't easily fit into 30-45 minute slots - especially between meeting schedules where people get tired quickly etc. Having something available makes things run smoother so they don’t fall through gaps due time constraints. Also good during training sessions too since often these end up being fairly long winded without any real tangible results coming out other then learning how much work goes towards each task e.g. updating records vs communicating via email; having feedback about what has been done well within minutes after finishing rather than hours later means everyone gets quicker returns & less stress overall.
