Will not fit 1 1/2 " pipe
I bought these to cover the pipe under the kitchen sink which is a 1 1/2" pipe. I struggled to fit this connector upside down in the tube in a tight space and couldn't. Couldn't figure out why until I measured and found that the outside diameter of the SMALL rubber grommets in this connector was about 1 3/4 inches. Obviously it's too big to fit in the pipe to seal it. Either I received a defective device or it does not work as described. Or maybe I don't understand how to use it, but then I blame the manufacturer for bad instructions.
