Bought this bag for my daughter's senior homecoming dance. When we received it we were thrilled because it was beautiful and fit perfectly. On the day of returning home, the chain broke in just a few minutes, and when it did, it was useless. All her belongings in her purse fell out when the chain snapped and the purse fell to the ground. Such a bag is usually only used for one night but this bag didn't even make it to dinner and she had to ask her friends to keep her things in their bags because she didn't have any after it broke.
