Update September 5th: The seller has taken action to fix this and in fact informed us that their water shoes are usually narrower than normal shoe size to ensure a snug fit. However, they also sent a replacement which is 1 size larger and now fits much better. Therefore, I would recommend everyone to take 1 size up for their child so that it is not too tight.
