I wear a sports bra for training and have full freedom of movement and security in the right places. It breathes well and is comfortable. It is made from excellent stretchy fabric with mesh texture areas. I like to wear it with or without the extra padding, both styles are comfortable for my petite women although the padded panels are flattering. I ordered a size small and it works well for me, I usually wear 32A. It still seems to have a bit of extra stretch room for a small area towards the top. The style looks very out of place. I love the design of the straps that cross at the back, it adds a bit of flair to the look. This is excellent value for money, stylish bra at a very reasonable price.
