Availability I had bad back problems for two years and found out in physical therapy a few weeks ago that it was actually my sacroiliac joint. My therapist recommended this bandage to me and after a few days of wearing it I noticed a huge difference! It feels like someone is squeezing my hips and holding me up. My nighttime back pains were almost completely gone, in fact there was no nerve pain or weakness in my legs. I'm surprised! I removed the thigh pads on the second day as they were quite painful but removed the velcro immediately. This belt is so super adjustable that it fits almost everyone. I'm 5ft 4,130lbs tall and would highly recommend this brace! Along with my PT I feel like a new person and will start going off the brace every day over the next week or two.
