I like that it can be accessed with multiple devices in different locations, from anywhere in the world, so it's always available to me whenever I need it. It also has an option for both remote desktop and mobile client, which is convenient when I'm away from my desk. I dislike that the software sometimes freezes or lags after some time of being idle, but this could be due to my internet connection. Remote access to our servers at all times! This allows us to have full control over our network without having to be physically near one of our computers.
