The second one from the package pictured above didn't fall off, but it fell apart anyway and rusted on the inside. horror! The old Phillips toothbrush heads were fine. But these new ones (BrushSync) are totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. Time to find a new brand of toothbrush.
