It's simple but also effective in collecting data from your users' mobile devices without them knowing they are being monitored by you! I haven't found any downsides so far as this software works well with my needs at work (collecting device usage statistics). The only thing which could be improved would have to do more specifically with its customer service department - maybe add some FAQs or something similar? We're solving our problems of having no real information about how much time we spend working each day using different applications/platforms.
