I don't know why they have mixed reviews. They don't look like regular Huggies wipes or any other brand, they're almost cloth like and never biodegradable. They're designed to biodegrade in 21 days, so they're flimsy. But they do their job. I hate the waste that comes with diapers and while I usually use cloth wipes, sometimes I need disposables. These are the most environmentally friendly I can find. Unlike the Honest and 7th Gen brands, they don't have an odd smell. I am very sensitive to smells and this is normal.
