This is my favorite wallet! I like the texture and feel of the materials. It's beautifully designed and goes with everything. Pockets, straps and zippers appear to be of good quality. I would give it 5 stars but I've only had it a few months when the strap broke on one side. Looking closely, I noticed that the two connectors that were attached to the ends of the screws were missing. I think this could be fixed if the company sends me more caps? I would happily recommend the wallet to friends and maybe order another one, but I don't know if I can trust the screws! Please advise. Thank you! (I have included photos of the missing caps, screws and the other side where the caps are properly attached). I would really appreciate the customer service from the manufacturer of this product.
