I have ordered these hooks twice. The first time they specifically listed the size as about 1 x 2 inches, which was the perfect size for what I needed it for. When I contacted Revain they wanted me to send them back and they will refund me so I can order them again. Well I didn't send them back thinking maybe I could use them later and I'll just try to order them again. The same thing. I received tiny hooks when I ordered the extra large ones. Never again, I wasted too much time on this and must continue my search in a normal shop. I realize this is a minor complaint, but when I listed the size advertised by Revain versus the size I received, CSR promised me that if I reordered I would receive the correct size. It just didn't happen. Very disappointed.
