Review on Billabong Mens Command Pack Multicolor by Lagant Wardrick

The backpack is excellent. It has all the space and subjects a busy junior high or high school student could need. Appears to be well made, with quality materials. This is my son's second Billabong backpack and I expect it will last at least 1 or 2 full years of school. The problem is that I was ordered gray and shipped black. Either their fulfillment process is very buggy and clumsy or they ship whatever they have in stock to complete the sale. However, I live abroad, so a return is not an option. Result. I can recommend the product but not this seller.
