Overall these first walkers are cute and seem to be quite durable and easy to clean. Although it was a bit difficult to assemble. The rear wheels were a bit stiff, but a little Vaseline fixes that and they seem to roll easily now. There are two things I'm dissatisfied with; At first there was no music. I put in 3 different batteries and no music. Other reviews have said so, but I figured the company might have fixed the issue. In the end I disassembled the whole musical part and the nut fell out. I put new batteries in and the music started working. It seems odd that you have to take everything apart for the music to work. Also, it doesn't work as advertised. You need to take it apart to fold according to the instruction, so what's the point. I couldn't speak to anyone in the company because they don't answer the phone. After many attempts I just gave up. I generally keep a walker because my grandson likes them.
