These compression hoses are great. I have used Jobst, Sigvaris and Juzo. They're just as good and a lot cheaper. In fact, I've just ordered two more pairs. You should hand wash them and air dry them (they dry in a few hours. Wash them before bed and they will be dry in the morning). I wash them in hosiery/elastic detergent (bras, jumpsuits, etc.) and roll up excess water with a towel. Washing machines are too harsh and forget the dryer if you want it (or any other compression product) to last. I've changed two pairs in the last 2 weeks and both are the same as when I bought them.
