Nice connectors but very tight connection with 12 AWG wire Monster
Double set screws make for a super strong connection that will never loosen, but with a monster 12 AWG wire with a plastic "magnetic tube" down the middle, the screws are really hard to tighten. so far that the outer sleeve can slip off and unscrew. Maybe it's because the plastic pad doesn't compress as much as pure copper. I had to re-cut and re-sand and start over with a few of them, but in the end they all fit, tight joints are fine, and my sore fingers will rebound. Expensive in a double pack (4 pieces), but still available as is.
