*12/10: Updated to add* After my review, the company contacted me. They indicated that they are aware of the quality control issues and are working with their manufacturer to resolve them. They offered to send me a new cradle later but I declined as my baby would be moving to a crib soon anyway. I liked this cradle to this day. It's spacious, the storage basket is great and has been used daily since my four month old son came home. The wheels are annoying and lock up randomly on the carpet all the time (they just need to be bigger), but that's been my only complaint so far. Til today. As I bent down to place the baby in the carrycot, I pushed lightly on the side rails and the entire rail broke. The metal lever is completely cut off, and the small plastic strut holding the sideboard is broken and unusable. I wasn't strict at all with this cradle. Could this be an isolated problem? I don't know how to fix this and now I don't have a safe bed for my baby. For the price I expected it to last over 4 months. Disappointed to say the least.
