I like that it is easy to use. The reporting side is not super robust but there are options out there for you to create your own reports if needed or custom queries can be created as well. It's also free! There really isn't anything bad about this product at all. If we needed more customization than what they offer, then there would probably be some issues with the cost involved in those situations. However, their support team has been very helpful when we have had questions about our account setup. We've used Compas to manage quality assurance testing of an ERP system which integrates into many vendor applications including Salesforce CRM. With Compas, we were able to automate much of the manual process of managing QA tasks by setting up workflows, assigning tasks directly from a tasking list in Salesforce, as well as getting notifications about new items being added to tickets related to specific projects.
