Very useful tool, many ways in which this helps improve workflow
I love how easy it is to use at our facility with multiple locations! There are some features that aren't as intuitive but they're working hard adding new functionality so we can customize them for us. It would be great if you could get an alert sent out when something goes wrong or needs attention from your staff member instead of having one person just check things off their list every day (or whenever there's time). We've been able to identify areas where efficiency has increased while reducing labor hours by almost 50%.
Pros
- Also have very advanced technology including barcoding capabilities which makes processing documents less painful than ever before ! And finally its completely web based making implementation relatively low cost compared to traditional EDM solutions not requiring any hardware upgrades such installing server etc
