Review on 1NCE IoT Flat Rate by Jim Reinhardt

This was our first M2M project with NICE, they were able to set up our infrastructure in just one day (we had no experience) and we started receiving data almost immediately. I think that this is because of their expertise in building out m2m projects like ours and also due to how easy it was for us to get everything setup from them. Their support staff are helpful as well - when you need help getting something working or asking questions about why things aren't functioning correctly, they're very quick to respond! We have been using this product to track fleet cars and they've been very responsive at making changes/additions needed. They did not provide any additional hardware or services once we began use this service so there wasn't much else required other than basic configuration. Great tool if your looking for a simple way to monitor devices remotely without having too many people involved in the process.
