I love that it's simple to use and allows us to send out emails with our own content easily. We can also easily track results from each email. The reporting is somewhat limited, but it's easy enough to customize what you need. There are some things that I wish were more intuitive or easier to implement. For example, we're having problems adding images to emails. It requires a bit of trial and error to figure out how to add images, so we have to spend time doing this instead of other tasks. If you don't know anything about email marketing, this tool is great! You can get your first campaign up and running in no time. Our client list has grown significantly since we started using Clever Elements. It's helped us reach new customers who would otherwise not be receiving our messages.
