The best thing about relay kit is i was able to customize all my newsletters by dragging elements around in design view editor of html/css section as there are many templates already given out which can help me start working without wasting any time or money. I have been using this service for past almost 3 months now but only in beta version so i am not sure whether its worth going through it yet or if it still has bugs that needs fixing before go live. Great customer support team who helped with few small issues so far till today though nothing major comes up once its tested widely so no issue at moment. Also pricing seems quite high compared to alternatives like mail chimp which offers free plan too. Try demo first. We started experimenting with several tools such as Marketo It's easy to configure and send bulk emails in no time. The admin panel is very user friendly and has all the required features to handle bulk emails. I can't find anything that I dislike about this product. In fact it has helped me send many newsletters for both personal and business purposes. I have used this service for years now without any issues. Bulk emailing has become much easier with relaykit than ever before.
