I have been putting off buying this watch for a few months. I noticed that the watch finally went on sale during Thanksgiving week. I was so excited to finally add this beautiful watch to my collection. This excitement didn't last long! As soon as I took the watch out of the box, the crown fell out. A small plastic seal that needs to be removed for the watch to tell the time fell on the floor. I received a broken watch! So disappointed with Revain Services! I am returning the watch and do not want a replacement.
