Mixed review Best in baby care

I was looking for a small pacifier for my newborn son. I am breastfeeding and was looking for a small facility but something he will accept as he is also breastfeeding. Another brand I have used before was too big, he threw up using it. As if it were too big and he would choke on it. Even though that nipple was smaller and didn't pinch him, he still didn't take it. The tip is very hard compared to other pacifiers. That's why I think my kid didn't like it.
