Works perfectly on the parts

Works perfectly on the Honda Silver Wing 600 Scooter This is not a cruise control, it is a throttle lock. You can set the minimum throttle and drive the hills. Release and step on the gas and it will return to its original position. The bike accelerates downhill. Turn back to unlock the lock.
