Great chair, pretty easy to put together. When mine arrived it had no hands but Amazon took care of that and gave me hands. At first I was very concerned that the back would crack because it creaked a lot when I leaned on it, but it was just new metal and it doesn't anymore. However, I'm not reclining it too hard or for too long because I've seen a lot of feedback from people who had problems with it breaking. Also, don't strain the armrests of the chair, they seem ready to bend and break, just put your hands on them, nothing more.
