I like how easy it was to learn all about this program! It's very user friendly for anyone who has never used any kind or computerized systems before (like myself). The customer service from Micronetworks Incorporated could be improved upon by offering more training opportunities in order so people can become familiar using their products without having problems down-the road when they need support/training again; however there are still many benefits offered through microneets which make up my overall experience while working here as an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative.
