We have used similar (smaller) pouches for years but they have become so thin that it has been difficult to fill with pills. After reading the reviews we ordered 500 and LOVED THEM! They're about as wide as the old ones, but they're much taller. While we don't need the extra height, this isn't a problem. The thickness of the plastic is perfect - as are the old bags that we can't find anymore. A great feature I like is that the two sides of the hole are slightly different heights which makes opening the bags a lot easier!
