I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma and I've learned the hard way that the reputation for easy paintwork is well deserved. If you spill water on these seats, they will stain. (Look at the 1st photo.) These covers fit my front seats very well - not individual but nice. On the other hand, they are not slippery, which makes getting on and off easier and prevents them from shifting. They're not waterproof either - they're made from pieces sewn together, so the seams will let liquid through, although obviously not as much as without them as it only goes through the seams. There's nothing sexy about the stretchy mesh, but the three pieces are very easy to slip on. If you can't get your hands under the seat, however, you won't be able to use the strap - it's not even a clip - one end is nylon and the other end is plastic, which you thread it through. The material doesn't have perforations like vinyl or leather, so now that shorts and a tank top are out, I actually use a beach towel to keep myself from sweating. (In a way, it defeats the purpose of a pretty cover, though.) Anyway, I'm glad I have it. They're not perfect, but for the money they're great, at least for my seats. You can see the difference between them in the photos. Oh I ordered black and gray and they are 100% black so be careful. I agree - they match my handlebars - but I was a bit disappointed as I had the idea that black and gray would look a bit more original/out of the box with my almost all gray interior.
