It tries to be good but it's not great. However, it does the main job. A small chunky Velcro tab on the outside of the bag allows you to fold it up and clip it in place. With older similar products you had to fold it back to do the same and that was a bit flexible. This new method leaves more velcro straps open to snag on things when they're open and slightly open even when they're closed, so they'll snag if you put your hand in your pocket or put them near something bring what they might get stuck on. I had to use my own cable. Trimmers to round out the edges of the velcro because they dig into my wrist where they cut and heat the ends. A few minutes of work and it's fixed. Before I thought about it, I was about to throw this thing away. The old ones I bought from PX were generally easier and better, mostly because I wasn't trying to find that extra Velcro.
