They actually WORK on an adjustable bed. Two weeks ago we put her on my new 13 inch memory foam mattress on an adjustable bed. From time to time you'll need to adjust the angle a bit depending on where we placed the strips. But shifting lanes can solve this problem. However, they NEVER fully came off, just lifted a little to the side until we lowered them. And those sheets barely fit my bed deep. I thought I would have to spend over $200 for a set of custom made sheets for adjustable beds and they saved me from it! The purchase is worthwhile. Plan to buy more for other beds in the house that have a problem with a normal but high or thick bed with a mattress. Now I have very soft but cheap ($20) sheets on my bed that STAY. Changing them today and putting them on and off is easy, I can tell from the first time. One thing should be noted. When you put on the bands first, it's best to have two people do it. One is definitely under power, but the two are easier. But once they're on, you don't have to take them off again. You simply push out the buttons to remove the sheets and put them back in when new sheets are put on. The buttons are very easy to use and don't require as much force as some other types of blade holders. And I've tried a few things. Of everything I've tried Maybe 4 different things to hold my sheets, this is the clear winner.
