The customer service was really good! They were kind enough to send me multiple emails with information about my account. I had problems every step of the way getting set up, but their support team got back in touch immediately when they realized what happened. There are still some issues we're having as far as how to use it better for our business (we need more flexibility), so if you'd like to try out this software before committing, do it! It's easy to get started with - no coding required - and you can even customize your website once you have everything figured out. We needed something simple to help us take reservations online without using email or phone calls. This works well, especially since our customers don't pick up phones very often anymore anyway.
