The ability to integrate with other applications like Outlook/Outlook 365 or Google Apps via Zapier makes this tool perfect for our needs! Not much so far as I'm using only their free version but they do offer additional features at an extra cost which we're not currently utilizing yet (for now). If you are looking to sync your email data between multiple platforms then definitely give them a try!! It's easy enough that even non-technical users can get up & running quickly without needing any training from us. We use INKETA primarily because its ease in integrating into existing software solutions such as Slack and Microsoft Teams allowing seamless communication across teams within one platform while also keeping all emails secure through integration wtih G Suite / Office365 etc..
