Buy beautiful dresses The size is off.
I ordered three of these navy/navy dresses in a size 13/14 for all my three girls aged 6, 8 and 12 and this size fits all three. It was long for 2 little girls but fit them around the waist and above. So I think the dress runs small. Although the clothes are beautiful!
