Absolutely INCREDIBLE product performance and customer service! I've waited over a year since purchase to write this review. This module works flawlessly and the support team is amazing. It's like having a friend in the shop. Anytime I have a question, I just email Tao and he responds quickly with a detailed answer, sometimes with screenshots so I can understand what he's talking about. The car was recently involved in a (minor) accident and we were dismayed at the lack of tracking information for this trip. It turned out that the AT&T service had a bug that interrupted real-time data transmission. But this little miracle saved the data and later sent it when AT&T was up and running again. Tao quickly explained everything. The interface is a bit complex and cryptic, but my wife, who is 61 and not a techie, can handle the basics. She regularly checks what's going on on her smartphone or laptop. We thought that we would provoke opposition from the family member driving the car, but the settlement went smoothly. If it was ever tampered with, the device would let us know. We tried others and sent them back. Their inaccuracy and unreliability inevitably led to family quarrels.
