I bought this chair almost a year ago. It's pretty good for the most part...soft, supportive and I can move my arms up and to the side. I can sit in it for a long time without touching or touching my legs. I love that I can raise it to bar table height to give me the option to sit without changing the table height. But the footrest doesn't stay above the base - no matter how hard I tighten the one screw that's supposed to hold it in place. What killed me was that after 3 months the pneumatics that are supposed to hold the chair started to fail. It wasn't until I sat on the edge of the seat that it slowly started to lower, now almost a year later it sometimes lowers when I'm sitting on the right seat. It's distracting and annoying.
