Robust and easy to clean oil sump. Deducted 1 star because the top is a bit slanted. (If you look at the bottom edge, it's a parallelogram, not a rectangle.) But that doesn't affect its function. Its shiny surface makes it very easy to clean. It fits a 1 pound block of Wisconsin butter. The small handle at the top is surprisingly strong and comfortable. I grab it from the side, with my fingers on the bottom and my thumb on top. It has a smart little rib underneath that my fingers can use to get a secure grip. This is an intelligent feature.
